Atlanta Fish Market265 Pharr Road NE Atlanta, GA 30305 1-(404) 262-3165
lat:33.837004
I've only been there once. Every woman I've spoken to about thsi place has hated it. I had the crab cakes for dinner and I absolutely loved it. There was almost no breading in these crab cakes, it was almost completely lump crab meat. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. It is a pretty big place, with a combination log cabin and cafeteria feel to it. It's so weird to find so much seafood in Atlanta.

My finest meals in Atlanta have been here in Bluepointe restaurant. You have to have the Bluepoint Blue Plate for appetizers, it is always sized for the table. The grilled squid is the definition of how to prepare calamari. The specials are always fantastic. You can't go wrong with whatever you pick. Make sure you call ahead for reservations, esp. for Tuesday night (Martini Night). An absolutely great people watching spot. The staff is smoking hot. Be sure you can spend a pretty penny.
lng:-84.3628978729248 Chinese Buddha144 14th St NW Atlanta, GA 30318 1-(404) 874-5158
lat:33.78606716189991
Open forever, this place is here when you have to absolutely, positively need to get your hands on some ghetto Chinese right now. Big college crowd + late night food = good number of weedheads to provide entertainment. Pretty inexpensive. Right off the highway for easy access.
lng:-84.39250946044922 Chopstix4279 Roswell Rd Atlanta, GA 30342 1-404-255-4868

The best Chinese restaurant in Atlanta. From the most Americanized palate to even the most hardcore Chinese food connoisseur, everyone will be quite pleased with the cuisine prepared in this hidden gem, while being easier on the wallet than other restaurants of the same caliber. It is tucked deep in the corner of a strip mall with a name I cannot remember, deep in a residential area. Definitely worth the trip.
lng:-84.381062 Dusty's Barbecue1815 Briarcliff Rd Atlanta, GA 30329 1-404-320-6264
lat:33.805702
Dusty's is a traditional Southern BBQ spot. Traditional in that the offer the standard fare of pork, brisket and chicken at reasonable prices. They are unique in that they offer pork tenderloin. Dusty's has a good smoke, which I find is key to good Southern BBQ. Definitely a place to try out.

Fat Matt's Rib Shack1811 Piedmont Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30324 1-404-607-1622
lat:33.8044953
Not a bad BBQ spot. Though the selection is quite limited, the food is not bad and not expensive. Has a traditional Southern BBQ feel.
lng:-84.3672128 Fritti309 N. Highland Avenue Atlanta, GA 30307 1-(404) 880-9559
lat:33.76296915458345
Owned by the same guy that owns Sotto Sotto next door, where Sotto Sotto is a more traditional sit down restaurant, Fritti is a little more trendy. Fritti specializes in real Italian pizzas. It is one of the best pizzas in Atlanta. I was unimpressed by the appetizers.
lng:-84.35781240463257 Haveli Indian Cuisine225 Spring St. NW Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 522-4545
lat:33.76043602126313
A good place to get decent Indian food. The lunch buffet is reasonable; they include chicken breast in their Tandoori Chicken. Dinner is pretty inexpensive. They keep longer hours than most places in Atlanta.
lng:-84.3893551826477 Hsu's Gourmet192 Peachtree Center Ave Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 659-2788
lat:33.75954405508964
Hsu's is a higher end Chinese restaurant that is still pretty inexpensive. Lunch will run you around $10, dinner double or triple that. The food ranges from more Americanized fare like chichen with vegetables to the more truly Chinese like beef with flat noodles. One of the best places in Atlanta for Chinese food. A nice place to take your clients out to eat.
lng:-84.38438773155212 Kameel's Cafe225 Peachtree St NE Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 523-5484
lat:33.76023978950134
Probably the best eatery inside Peachtree Center Mall, if not the healthiest. Kameel's is a Mediterranean place open only for lunch. They have a salad line, a sandwich line, and a cafeteria line. My favorite is the pan-seared chicken.

Les Fleurs De Lis Cafe57 Forsyth St NW # R8 Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 230-9151
lat:33.75580661590372
This is a cool little French spot in downtown Atlanta. They change the menu every few days, which means that items are fresh. It's run by a guy who looks like a short-order cook at a diner; he keeps a sous-chef too. However, the food is absolutely excellent and the wine list is quite nice. It is also a lot more reasonably priced than more other French fare.
lng:-84.38997745513916 Mama Ninfa's at Peachtree Center231 Peachtree St NE Atlanta, GA 1-(404) 521-3500
lat:33.75993652134949
Ninfa's is a decent place to get Mexican food. I like if better than Willie's. You have a wider selection of Mexican dishes. Just as the waiter for recommendations. It's a pretty inexpensive place to grab dinner in Downtown Atlanta.
lng:-84.38678026199341 MF Sushibar265 Ponce De Leon Avenue Atlanta, GA 30308 1-404-815-8844
lat:33.77249449281997
MF stands for Magic Fingers, which was not what I first guessed. They do have some muthaf**kin' good sushi here, though. And the waitresses are pretty hot. Definitely a nice trendy place to eat Japanese food. It's owned by the same folks as Nam Restaurant.
lng:-84.3789267539978 Michael's Deli64 Broad St NW Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 688-8819

Nice place to get a gyro or other diner style grilled items with fries for under $7.
lng:-84.38949465751648 Nam931 Monroe Drive Atlanta, GA 30308 1-404-541-9997
lat:33.779943
Located inside the Midtown Promenade strip mall, Nam is the only Vietnamese restaurant that I know of in Atlanta. It is probably one of the most inexpensive fine dining establishments you can go to in Atlanta. The food is very well prepared. The highest price dish is also the best one, the Shaking Beef, which is stir-fried filet mignon. All of the chicken dishes are great. The crab and asparagus soup is very nice. I also like the Seafood Net spring rolls are very tasty too. They have good wine selection. The waitresses are pretty hot here. Owned by the same folks as MF Sushibar.

Nan Fine Thai Dining1350 Spring St NW Atlanta, GA 30309 1-(404) 870-9933
lat:33.79164898893092
This restaurant is a shrine by a husband to his wife, who is the namesake Nan and the executive chef of the restaurant. Also the owners of Tamarind, they define Thai cuisine in Atlanta. Of the two, Nan is the more formal, trendy restaurant. Be sure to try Nan's Blue Plate Special appetizer to get a great mix of different appetizers. You can pick anything on the menu and not be disappointed with your choice. A good people watching spot. A pretty pricey meal (~$60), but one that will impress.
lng:-84.38952684402466 Nickiemoto's990 Piedmont Avenue Atlanta, GA 30309 1-(404) 253-2010
lat:33.781555067733294
A reputed favorite of local drag queens, though I have not had the pleasure of spotting any. Nickiemoto's is good, inexpensive sushi open late. They also offer a lot of Chinese fare, making this a pan-Asian cuisine place. They have a full bar and a happy hour. A lot of young folks in the area.
lng:-84.38090085983276 North Highland Pub469 N Highland Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30307 1-(404) 522-4600
lat:33.76687574159746
The best Philly cheesesteak sandwich in Atlanta. Their burgers are great too. The food here is gourmet quality. This is a traditional English style pub, with a good selection of beer and other booze. The soups are hit or miss though.

The best BBQ I've had in Atlanta has been in this spot with the diner look and feel. Not too pricey, the smoke is excellent. Good choice of sides too.

Hands down the best Indian restaurant in Atlanta. It is one of the least expensive fine dining restaurants in Atlanta. It is family run and the food is so well prepared, even the most stubborn Westerner will enjoy the cuisine. Definitely a place to visit for Indian food lovers.

Ray's in the City240 Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 524-9224
lat:33.76043602126313
Ray's is a pretty nice seafood place in Downtown Atlanta. The fare is from traditional American meat (in this case fish) and potatoes to a little Asian fusion like Ahi Tuna with in a nice soy sauce; they even do sushi. The fish is brought in 5 times a day. The place is always busy and it is open later than most places Downtown. A little pricey, expect your meal to run you around $45.
lng:-84.38771367073059 Rolling Bones377 Edgewood Ave SE Atlanta, GA 30312 1-(404) 222-2324
lat:33.75423220432039
Located in a former gasoline station converted to look a lot more like a diner, Rolling Bones is the closest place to get BBQ in Downtown Atlanta. While it is not necessarily in the nicest part of town, I've never had any incidents. The BBQ is pretty darn good, a nice good smoke in the meat. I prefer the pulled pork and the brisket. They also have BBQ chicken and pork ribs. Probably the priciest BBQ in Atlanta, a meal, while huge, will run you over $10.
lng:-84.37528967857361 Rosa's Pizzeria62 Broad St NW Atlanta, GA 30303 1-(404) 521-2596

New York style pizza down South! Run by two former New Yorkers from Kings Park, Long Island, Rosa's pizza is arguably one of the best pizzerias in Atlanta.

lat:33.76310294475478
Nice Italian place close to Downtown Atlanta. Don't expect to find regular Italian fare, but rather a lot of twists on traditional cuisine. It's a little pricey, but not crazy.
lng:-84.35758709907532 Taqueria del Sol2165 Cheshire Bridge Road Atlanta, GA 30324 1-(404) 321-1118
lat:33.813740892436584
Not sure I got the location correct, but there are a few of these places. Taqueria del Sol provides an interesting gourmet twist to traditional Tex-Mex fare. Definitely a favorite among yuppies and business casual types, it gets packed quickly for lunch so get there early. It gets pricey (easily $15). Be sure to pick up some guacamole, it is fantastic. No matter what you pick, you won't be disappointed.
